  • We advertise your property on internet giants websites like Rightmove, Zoopla and our own website.
  • All viewings are accompanied by our trained staff.
  • All prospective tenants will be fully referenced.


We offer following lettings and management service to our landlords. We can also customize our service to suit every landlords’ requirements from Tenant find to a full property management. 


  1. TENANT FIND: Our dedicated Tenant Find service includes 


  • Providing a free rental valuation and set the right rental price,
  • Providing Professional advice and guidance on all legal and safety requirements. 
  • Advertising the property on major Internet portals.
  • Tenants selection based on their full references check
  • Tenancy agreement (AST) production.
  • Provide the How to Rent guide to the tenants.
  • Security deposit collection from tenants and register to government authorised scheme.
  • Collect the first payment of rent.
  • Production of an Inventory list. This is an optional service with an additional Fees.
  • Move in the tenants into the property and completing all formalities including all meter readings. This is an optional service with an additional Fees.
  • Transfer all utility bills and council tax liability into tenant’s name from the start of the tenancy.  This applies if Upmarket is doing Inventory check in.



              2. Rent Collection: Our dedicated Rent collection service includes


  • All Tenant Find services Plus
  • Rent collection each month and deposit it to the landlord’s Bank account after deducting our management fee.
  • Sending monthly rent statements by email.
  • We will chase to tenants in case any rental payment is due. 


             3. Full Property Management: It is fully hassle free service for Landlords. Our dedicated Full Property Management service includes


  • All Tenant Find services and rent collection service Plus
  • Day to day Property Maintenance Support.
  • Advice and dealing with tenancy issues
  • Property Inspection on quarterly basis.
  • Tenancy Agreement renewals
  • Issuing notices such as Section 21 in case Tenant eviction required.


Please note, all Landlords need to purchase emergency cover separately by adding a choice that Tenants can contact to insurance company directly in case of any emergency occurs. We understand that this is in a best interest to keep the property safe. This is cheapest and an efficient option for Landlords instead of paying out of hours fee to estate agent or local contractors.
